These Terms apply to our site and any pages we control. If you complete checkout on Etsy or Faire, your purchase is governed by the terms and policies of those platforms in addition to our policies.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use our site. If you create an account or subscribe to emails, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Purchases, pricing, and taxes

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. We may change prices or correct errors at any time. If you purchase on Etsy or Faire, those platforms process payment and charge any applicable taxes and fees under their terms. If you purchase directly from us, you authorize us or our processor to charge your selected payment method. You are responsible for any sales, use, or other taxes that apply to your order.

4. Shipping, returns, and customer service

Shipping timelines are estimates. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays or events outside our control. Our Returns and Refunds policy explains eligibility and process. 5. Digital products license

For digital downloads and printable items we grant you a personal, non exclusive, non transferable license to use the files for your own personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, upload to file sharing sites, or claim the artwork as your own. Commercial use is not allowed unless we provide written permission.

6. Intellectual property

All content on our site is owned by Paper Swan & Co or our licensors. This includes artwork, designs, text, logos, graphics, photographs, video, and code. You may view the site for your personal use. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, perform, publish, or create derivative works without our written permission, except where allowed by law. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without consent.

If you believe your copyright has been infringed, send a notice to hello@paperswanco.com that includes: your contact information, a description of the work, the URL of the material, a statement that you have a good faith belief that use is not authorized, a statement that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act, and your signature. We may remove the content at our discretion.

7. Your content and feedback

If you submit reviews, photos, messages, or other content, you grant us a non exclusive, worldwide, royalty free license to use, reproduce, display, and share that content in connection with our services and marketing, including reposting on social media, subject to applicable platform rules. You are responsible for the content you submit and you promise you have the rights to share it.
